As 450 entrants to infamous Team Kennet annual triathlon get ready for their 300m swim, 22km ride and 5km run this Sunday, Newbury Sports Massage has organised a team of qualified sports massage therapists to be on hand for pre and post even massage treatments http://teamkennet.com/
A team of qualified sports massage therapists will be based in the sports hall offering PRE-EVENT MASSAGE to get those muscles firing, and POST EVENT MASSAGE to aid the warm down and prevent as much as possible the stiffness you might otherwise experience the following day! You can book your massage when you register or come along as soon as your finish the event and book in on a first come first served basis £5 for 10mins.
